My stay at the Brunswick Tower Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was super convenient for exploring Melbourne, but the room was in need of some tender loving care and there was way too much noise throughout the night. While the hotel had some decent amenities, the dusty rooms and lack of toiletries were a letdown.

Rooms
6.0
The room felt cramped and could have used a paint job. There were no heating options and I could hear a constant noise similar to a fan running all night. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally nice and helpful, but I didn't really engage with them much during my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near public transport, making it easy to get around the city. It's a quick walk to the tram stop and train station.
Dining
5.0
There weren’t many dining options within the hotel itself, and the breakfast provided was limited. I had to venture out to find better options.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered essential facilities like a laundrette, which was handy, but the limited sanitary supplies and lack of room service were disappointing.

My stay at the Brunswick Tower Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic for public transport, making getting around easy. However, the noise levels at night really disrupted my sleep, and the room could use some better maintenance.

Rooms
6.0
The room was fairly small and in need of a paint job. I had a double bed and two singles that were comfortable enough. but I clearly heard water running through the pipes all night, which made it hard to relax.
Service
8.0
The staff were super friendly and always helpful. They provided good directions to public transport, which was just a quick walk away.
Location
8.0
The hotel’s location was excellent. It was right off the main road, close to the tram and train stations, which made exploring the city a breeze.
Dining
6.0
I found breakfast options quite limited. Cereal and toast are extra, which I wasn't expecting, but at least coffee and juice were available.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel did provide some basic amenities. I noticed a lack of toiletries and a surprising absence of a kettle, which was a bit inconvenient.

5.4/10

Overall, my stay at the Brunswick Tower Hotel was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the reasonable price and the convenience of its location, the noise levels from outside and within the hotel were significant drawbacks. The room had some comfort, but a lack of basic amenities left me wanting more.

Rooms
6.0
The room was fairly small but clean. I had a double bed and two singles, which were quite comfortable, though I did notice the dust. There was a fridge, but no kettle or extra amenities like conditioner or shower gel. Worst of all were the noises at night—sounds from plumbing and neighboring rooms really disrupted my sleep.
Service
6.0
The staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming, possibly the best aspect of my stay. They seemed eager to help me with information, but unfortunately, services like room service were not available, so I relied on myself during my time there.
Location
6.0
The location was convenient for getting around the city, with public transport easily accessible. However, while I found it centralized, the constant noise from the street, especially with trams and cars, was a downside.
Dining
6.0
I didn’t opt for dining services since it was extra. I noticed they offered basic breakfast options but didn’t partake. The notable thing was that there was a Japanese restaurant, Okami, right at the doorstep, which was a plus.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were basic and included wifi, although it was nearly non-existent during my stay. I appreciated that there was grocery shopping assistance, but the lack of a private outdoor access was disappointing.

I found Brunswick Tower Hotel to be a mixed bag. The location was fantastic and super convenient for getting around the city, but the noise from both the street and neighboring rooms really detracted from the experience. While I appreciated the price and the comfy beds, the cleanliness and lack of amenities left a bit to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
The room was fairly small and in need of some TLC, but the beds were comfy enough for a short stay. However, it could have been cleaner, and the lack of a kettle or more appliances was disappointing.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, but I did experience a bit of a hiccup with the service during my stay that left a sour note.
Location
10.0
The hotel was centrally located, close to trams and public transport, making it easy to get to the CBD in no time. The secure parking was another perk.
Dining
5.0
Dining was very basic, with only light snacks available at a cost. I wished there were more options, or at least some complimentary water provided.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were limited, with no real services beyond basic essentials. The self-service laundry wasn't always available, and the cleanliness in common areas could use improvement.

My stay at Brunswick Tower Hotel was a mixed bag. while the location was super convenient for getting around the city, the comfort level of the room left something to be desired. I appreciated the reasonable pricing, but the noise throughout the night was quite disruptive. Overall, it was fine for a short visit, but I might consider other options for a longer stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room was fairly small and in need of a paint job. the layout was ordinary, and the noise from water running in the pipes kept me awake most of the night. However, the bed was comfortable enough, and the shower was surprisingly good.
Service
5.0
While the staff were helpful overall, there were moments when they seemed a bit short with us. I did appreciate their assistance when I accidentally locked myself out. However, interactions during check-in could have been more pleasant.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was fantastic. close to tram stations and various restaurants. It made getting into central Melbourne quite easy, though being right off the main road came with plenty of noise.
Dining
6.0
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but I heard it was decent and worth it for the price. it's good to start the day with something filling, especially in an area where meals can be pricey.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt pretty basic, almost like a budget motel. there were limited toiletries in the room, and the lift definitely needed some work. It was all functional but could use some upgrades.
